Please note:

Please bring your own table and chairs. Unfortunately we are not able to provide tables and chairs to our exhibitors and we ask that you please bring your own.

The Rotunda can get very breezy. Please plan to weigh down your tent or other items on your table accordingly. Please do not use duct tape or any tape that will leave a residue.

We ask that you please have an interactive/hands on activity, that is safe for the space, as part of your booth.

Sales, lead generation for sales and political campaigning are not permitted but volunteer sign-ups are welcome.

We will be having a prize drawing for the youth via a completed stamp card as they visit your booths. If your organization would like to donate a prize, we would greatly appreciate it.
