Increases fines for harassing or harming protected sea turtles.

Hawaiʻi Conservation Sanctuary Corporation

Creates a new corporation to establish wildlife sanctuaries and protect endangered species.

Marine Life Conservation Districts (Oʻahu)

Allows DLNR to temporarily close marine conservation areas and regulate commercial activity to protect marine ecosystems.
